May 8, 2025 – 10:00am PT//1:00pm ET - Exploring Membership Applications and Campaigns
Affinity Group Gathering: Participatory discussion forum for those involved in membership engagement, both lay leaders and staff/clergy.
- How can we think strategically and creatively about the congregation’s approach to membership renewal, seeking new members and the detailed paperwork, logistics, promotion and follow-up involved? We will be breaking into small groups to talk about the synagogue’s membership process.
- We're sharing resources! In advance of the session, please upload your synagogue's membership forms or membership campaign info to this Google folder in either PDF, JPEG or PNG formats, to be viewed by others. The more people who participate, the greater the number of shared resources there will be.
- Reminder that this session will not be a frontal presentation. Rather, it is a networking and sharing opportunity. Everyone will be asked to bring both ideas to put forward (successful or not) from which you've learned, and questions to pose for brainstorming assistance.
- The session will not be recorded and we'd love it if you would share your synagogues membership forms and campaign documents by uploading them to this Google folder in advance of the session.
