This session will include both group brainstorming and USCJ suggestions on “Building your team” and discussing ‘What do new board members really need to know?
Now is a good time to begin thinking about what you would like your board orientation to look like, and/or how to begin creating one, and who can help you.Bring your ideas and questions to share with the group as well as your incoming President and Executive Committee members, and/or additional lay leaders who might be working on this with you.
