Registration information for the USCJ General Assembly on December 8, 2024

PLEASE NOTE:
This form is to be used to register your synagogue and its representative for the December 8, 2024 meeting of the USCJ General Assembly of Synagogues ("GA").

Your synagogue's authorized representative will serve as the Chair of your delegation to the GA meeting and the only person authorized by you to vote at the meeting on behalf of your synagogue.

In order to receive the maximum number of votes (one vote per 100 members), Please submit this registration by December 4.

If you register after December 4, your synagogue will receive 1 vote.

All registrations must be received by December 8 at the latest.

Additional details about the meeting will be provided independent of this form.
