During this gathering, we will be creating a space for leaders from congregations with 200 or fewer membership units to come together for discussion, sharing, problem-solving, brainstorming, networking and actively supporting one another. The sessions will be in real-time only; they will not be recorded, which we hope will encourage open dialogue. 

Here are some ideas that we may be discussing; winter socials and gathering people; gearing up for spring activities IE Purim.
