These gatherings take place every other month and rotate from daytime to evening. They are a space for synagogue presidents, board members, key staff and clergy of congregations with fewer than 200 member units to come together for discussion and networking. They are interactive and typically not recorded.

Small Congregations Virtual Leadership Gathering on October 18

This is an opportunity for leaders to come together for discussion, sharing, problem-solving, brainstorming, networking and actively supporting one another. The sessions will be in real-time only; they will not be recorded, which we hope will encourage open dialogue. They take place every other month and rotate from daytime to evening. They will be facilitated on a rotating basis by our USCJ synagogue consultants.
For this month's gathering, we are offering a special opportunity for learning from each other and sharing programming and other ideas. Please submit your questions in advance to Mindy Gordon mgordon@uscj.org so that we will be able to cover as much as possible during the session.
