When thinking about how we introduce change at our synagogues, how do we know what to preserve, what to let go of, and what to change without alienating our core membership? Join us for an interactive 90-minute workshop for synagogue leaders who are navigating change. We will introduce you to the concepts of Adaptive Leadership. Through reflection and conversation with fellow leaders, we’ll explore how to recognize adaptive challenges, understand the losses that make change difficult, and use small experiments to move our communities forward.
