From Programs to People is a two-part virtual master class for youth professionals supporting teen Jewish life, offered by USY and Assembly. The series guides participants through a core shift: from program-centered thinking to relationship-centered engagement — learning how to build trust with teens, craft personal invitations that resonate, and create communities teens genuinely want to return to. Participants will walk away with concrete outreach tools and practical strategies for strengthening their USY chapters and local teen communities.
