In mission-driven communities, leadership often focuses on urgent needs... but lasting impact comes from leading with strengths. This interactive workshop helps participants uncover their “positive core”—the values, talents, and motivations that drive their best leadership—and learn how to recognize and elevate those strengths in others. Participants will gain practical strategies and tools to strengthen collaboration, deepen engagement, and build a more aligned, strengths-based synagogue culture.
