Our Presidents meetings offer a unique opportunity to meet your peers, to learn from one another and to support each other.
Our ' + 1' meetings mean we are inviting you to invite and bring with you additional lay leaders whose work is connected to the topic of the meeting.
The more, the merrier! And remember, we always encourage our presidents to delegate responsibilities to other leaders, and this is a good way to begin this process.
At this meeting, we will share with one another our successes and challenges in finding new leadership for the synagogue. Please bring with you ONE 'Best Practice' tip that you think has been helpful for your nominating committee and/or for bringing in new folks.
And it is totally fine if you have no tip to share at the moment!
