Over the three days create a shared bond with other new synagogue presidents. Participants will develop action plans that can be implemented in your congregation, gain knowledge on topics such as mission, vision, board development, strategic thinking, change management, fundraising, and financial sustainability.

The goal of this cohort is to create a forum that supports the exchange of ideas, sharing best practices, problem-solving, and the ability to ask timely questions of your peers.
