  Rabbi Adam Kligfeld. As a past International Pres
 ident (and father of a past International Presiden
 t!)\, Adam’s involvement in USY catapulted him int
 o Jewish leadership. Now in his 17th year as Senio
 r Rabbi at Temple Beth Am in Los Angeles\, Adam ha
 s not only grown and transformed his local communi
 ty but become a shining light for the Conservative
 /Masorti movement. His thought leadership in the s
 paces of halakhic innovation\, prayer and spiritua
 l experience\, interfaith dialogue\, clergy collab
 oration\, and Zionism (among other topics) have ce
 mented him as one of our Movement’s most impactful
  voices today.\n \n \n \n USY empowers Jewish yout
 h to develop friendship​s\, leadership skills\, an
 d a commitment to inspired Jewish living through m
 eaningful and fun immersive experiences rooted in
