 lanning in the past? What happened?\n 	How far ahe
 ad does your synagogue typically plan?\n 	How real
 istic does developing a 3-year or a 5-year plan fe
 el for your community?\n 	What needs to be in plac
 e for your synagogue to be ready for long-term pla
 nning?\n 	What are barriers and enabling factors i
 n your congregation for long-term planning?\n 	Who
  should own long-term planning in a small synagogu
 e?\n 	What kind of expertise is needed for long-te
 rm planning?\n 	What might be a manageable first s
 tep to long term-planning?\n 	What’s been learned 
 about long-term planning by those who have done it
