 ve 90-minute workshop for synagogue leaders who ar
 e navigating change. We will introduce you to the 
 concepts of Adaptive Leadership. Through reflectio
 n and conversation with fellow leaders\, we’ll exp
 lore how to recognize adaptive challenges\, unders
 tand the losses that make change difficult\, and u
 se small experiments to move our communities forwa
