 n the clergy placement process to better understan
 d how implicit bias unknowingly informs our organi
 zational processes. Participants will learn how to
  prioritize equitable recruitment and hiring proce
 sses resulting in a more diverse applicant pool. T
 his training is specifically for members of USCJ c
 lergy placement committees. In addition\, please f
 eel free to also attend if you are a hiring manage
 r or on other hiring committees.\n \n \n \n Rachel
  Hall (she/her) is the Associate Director of Growt
 h & Belonging at the URJ\, where she helps foster 
 inclusive communities through trainings\, workshop
 s\, and program review. An openly queer Jewish wom
 an from a working-class background and a mother of
  two\, Rachel brings more than 15 years of nonprof
 it experience in equity\, diversity\, inclusion\, 
 and leadership development. She holds a BA from Cl
 ark University and an MA in Cultural Gender Studie
 s from Simmons College.\n \n \n \n This event will
  not be recorded but we will be offering it three 
 times throughout the search season\, in October\, 
 December\, and February. We encourage you to atten
