 ss</p>\n \n <p>This workshop will help congregatio
 ns that are engaging in the clergy placement proce
 ss to better understand how implicit bias unknowin
 gly informs our organizational processes. Particip
 ants will learn how to prioritize equitable recrui
 tment and hiring processes resulting in a more div
 erse applicant pool. This training is specifically
  for members of USCJ clergy placement committees. 
 In addition\, please feel free to also attend if y
 ou are a hiring manager or on other hiring committ
 ees.</p>\n \n <p>Rachel Hall (she/her) is the Asso
 ciate Director of Growth & Belonging at the URJ\, 
 where she helps foster inclusive communities throu
 gh trainings\, workshops\, and program review. An 
 openly queer Jewish woman from a working-class bac
 kground and a mother of two\, Rachel brings more t
 han 15 years of nonprofit experience in equity\, d
 iversity\, inclusion\, and leadership development.
  She holds a BA from Clark University and an MA in
  Cultural Gender Studies from Simmons College.</p>

 ut we will be offering it three times throughout t
 he search season\, in October\, December\, and Feb
 ruary. We encourage you to attend early so your co
