 \n \n <p>This workshop will help congregations tha
 t are engaging in the clergy placement process to 
 better understand how implicit bias unknowingly in
 forms our organizational processes. Participants w
 ill learn how to prioritize equitable recruitment 
 and hiring processes resulting in a more diverse a
 pplicant pool. This training is specifically for m
 embers of USCJ clergy placement committees. In add
 ition\, please feel free to also attend if you are
  a hiring manager or on other hiring committees.</
 p>\n \n <p>Rachel Hall (she/her) is the Associate 
 Director of Growth & Belonging at the URJ\, where 
 she helps foster inclusive communities through tra
 inings\, workshops\, and program review. An openly
  queer Jewish woman from a working-class backgroun
 d and a mother of two\, Rachel brings more than 15
  years of nonprofit experience in equity\, diversi
 ty\, inclusion\, and leadership development. She h
 olds a BA from Clark University and an MA in Cultu
 ral Gender Studies from Simmons College.</p>\n \n 
 <p><strong>This event will not be recorded but we 
 will be offering it three times throughout the sea
 rch season\, in October\, December\, and February.
