 llaboration\, creativity\, and shared purpose\, bu
 t they can also become challenging when disagreeme
 nts\, strong personalities\, or sensitive topics a
 rise. This practical 90-minute workshop will explo
 re foundational approaches to managing conflict in
  board\, committee\, and congregational settings. 
 Participants will learn strategies for fostering r
 espectful dialogue\, navigating difficult conversa
 tions\, responding constructively to tension\, and
  helping meetings remain productive and mission-fo
 cused. Designed for synagogue leaders\, clergy\, s
 taff\, and volunteers\, this session offers tools 
 to build healthier communication and stronger comm
 unal relationships.\n \n \n \n Register for either
