 ractical 90-minute workshop will explore foundatio
 nal approaches to managing conflict in board\, com
 mittee\, and congregational settings. Participants
  will learn strategies for fostering respectful di
 alogue\, navigating difficult conversations\, resp
 onding constructively to tension\, and helping mee
 tings remain productive and mission-focused. Desig
 ned for synagogue leaders\, clergy\, staff\, and v
 olunteers\, this session offers tools to build hea
 lthier communication and stronger communal relatio
