DESCRIPTION:\n \n \n \n In mission-driven communities\, leader
 ship often focuses on urgent needs... but lasting 
 impact comes from leading with strengths. This int
 eractive workshop helps participants uncover their
  “positive core”—the values\, talents\, and motiva
 tions that drive their best leadership—and learn h
 ow to recognize and elevate those strengths in oth
 ers. Participants will gain practical strategies a
 nd tools to strengthen collaboration\, deepen enga
 gement\, and build a more aligned\, strengths-base
 d synagogue culture.\n \n \n \n Stacey Chazin is a
  leadership development coach who helps mission-dr
 iven organizations build strengths-based leaders a
 nd healthier\, higher-performing teams. With advan
 ced training in organizational development and lea
 dership\, and a business degree from Wharton\, she
  brings a practical\, human-centered approach root
 ed in both corporate and nonprofit experience. Sta
 cey is a certified MBTI® practitioner and has a de
 ep history of leadership in her local Jewish commu
 nity\, including a decade on her synagogue board a
 nd two terms as congregational vice president. She
  helps teams create environments where diverse wor
 k styles are valued—and where more people can cont
