 ry discussion forum for LAY LEADERS involved in me
 mbership/engagement at their congregations.\n \n \
 n \n  \n \n \n \n This is a space-limited\, intera
 ctive discussion.There will not be a frontal prese
 ntation. Please come prepared to share what takes 
 place at your own congregation and with questions 
 for others. \n \n \n \n The conversation may inclu
 de:\n \n \n \n \n 	 “What feels most challenging a
 bout recruitment and outreach right now?” \n 	“Whe
 re are you seeing the biggest drop-off—initial int
 erest\, follow-up\, conversion to membership\, or 
 retention?” \n 	“How has the broader environment (
 post-pandemic shifts\, cost sensitivity\, changing
  affiliation trends) impacted your efforts?” \n 	“
 Where do you see untapped opportunities for outrea
 ch?” \n 	“What outreach strategies have led to mea
 ningful new member connections?” \n 	“What does an
  effective ‘first touchpoint’ look like in your co
 mmunity?” \n 	“How do you create a sense of belong
 ing before someone officially joins?” \n 	“What ro
 le does storytelling (about your synagogue’s impac
 t or community) play in your outreach?” \n 	“What 
 does effective partnership between professionals a
 nd lay leaders look like in recruitment?” \n \n \n
  What else do you want to learn from one another?\
 n \n \n \n  \n \n \n \n The session is scheduled f
 or 60 minutes and will not be recorded. There are 
 30 participant spots available on a first come-fir
 st served basis and a waiting list will open once 
 those spots are filled. This will be the final aff
 inity group gathering of the 2025-2026 fiscal year
 \, before a summer break.\n \n \n \n  \n \n \n \n
