 not be a frontal presentation. Please come prepare
 d to share what takes place at your own congregati
 on and with questions for others. The conversation
  may include:\n \n \n \n \n 	What role do voluntee
 rs play in helping members feel connected and valu
 ed?\n 	What does effective engagement look like fr
 om a volunteer perspective?\n 	What role can and s
 hould volunteers play in attracting new members?\n
  	What feels comfortable—or uncomfortable—about re
 cruitment?\n 	What challenges do you face in fulfi
 lling your role in engagement and recruitment?\n 	
 What gets in the way of being as effective as you’
 d like?\n 	What feels most challenging about carry
 ing this responsibility without dedicated staff?\n
  	What challenges arise in partnering with staff o
 r clergy?\n 	How could the volunteer role in membe
 rship & recruitment be strengthened or better supp
 orted?\n 	What advice would you offer other volunt
 eers doing engagement work for their synagogues?\n

  is scheduled for 60 minutes and will not be recor
 ded. There are 30 participant spots available on a
  first come-first served basis and a waiting list
