  membership/engagement at their congregations.\n \
 n \n \n  \n \n \n \n This is a space-limited\, int
 eractive discussion.There will not be a frontal pr
 esentation. Please come prepared to share what tak
 es place at your own congregation and with questio
 ns for others.\n \n \n \n  \n \n \n \n The convers
 ation may include:\n \n \n \n \n 	 “What feels mos
 t challenging about recruitment and outreach right
  now?” \n 	“Where are you seeing the biggest drop-
 off—initial interest\, follow-up\, conversion to m
 embership\, or retention?” \n 	“How has the broade
 r environment (post-pandemic shifts\, cost sensiti
 vity\, changing affiliation trends) impacted your 
 efforts?” \n 	“Where do you see untapped opportuni
 ties for outreach?” \n 	“What outreach strategies 
 have led to meaningful new member connections?” \n
  	“What does an effective ‘first touchpoint’ look 
 like in your community?” \n 	“How do you create a 
 sense of belonging before someone officially joins
 ?” \n 	“What role does storytelling (about your sy
 nagogue’s impact or community) play in your outrea
 ch?” \n 	“What does effective partnership between 
 professionals and lay leaders look like in recruit
 ment?” \n \n \n What else do you want to learn fro
 m one another?\n \n \n \n  \n \n \n \n The session
  is scheduled for 60 minutes and will not be recor
 ded. There are 30 participant spots available on a
  first come-first served basis and a waiting list 
 will open once those spots are filled. This will b
 e the final gathering for the 2025-2026 fiscal yea
