 a space-limited\, interactive discussion.There wil
 l not be a frontal presentation. Please come prepa
 red to share what takes place at your own congrega
 tion and with questions for others. The conversati
 on may include:\n \n \n \n \n 	How is your synagog
 ue currently utilizing volunteer leaders in member
 ship and engagement efforts?\n 	In what areas of m
 embership engagement are volunteers most active—an
 d where are they underutilized?\n 	What roles in r
 ecruitment and retention are best suited for volun
 teer leaders? What about for professional staff/cl
 ergy?\n 	What aspects of relationship-building are
  best led by volunteers? By professional leadershi
 p?\n 	Have you had to clarify any boundaries with 
 volunteers involved in membership recruitment & re
 tention efforts?\n 	What makes it difficult to eff
 ectively engage and manage volunteer leaders in th
 is area?\n 	What might volunteers say is challengi
 ng about working with professionals or clergy?\n 	
 What training or guidance do you provide to lay le
 aders in this area?\n 	What systems are in place t
